The Aloha XC Camp was established to motivate and educate middle and high schoolers to become students of the sport. Join us in a fun environment in Manoa Valley on the island of Oahu.
Regarding COVID protocols, When outside, masks do not need to be worn. However, masks would need to be worn when in conference rooms.

Aloha Cross Country Camp is for incoming 8-12th grade runners of all ability levels. Current year graduates who plan to run in college will also be considered. Our goal is to develop the self confidence, motivation, enjoyment and knowledge necessary to succeed in the sport of cross country.
Our base will be at the University of Hawaii-Manoa, located in Manoa Valley on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
Campers will enjoy the fresh valley air and quiet environment. Rooms, complete with electricity, showers, beds and air conditioning provide a comfortable place to rest.
Fee includes food, lodging, t-shirt, “swag” bag, seminars, and all activities!
Here is what a typical day will be like:
6:45-7:30am: short run
9:00-noon: workshops/ fun activities
3:30-5:00pm: run workout
7:00-10:00pm: fun activities/campfire
10:30pm: lights out
Workshops include topics on: nutrition, race planning, training principles, form/technique, shoes/equipment, injury prevention, and more.
